The Camp
This Second World War block-built lookout post on the Sheeps Head, known locally as the “The Camp”, looks out across the Atlantic Ocean. Part of the Coast Watching Service (CWS) which was formally established in April 1939, the Sheeps Head look-out post was number 31.
